A Follow-Up Consultation provides a valuable opportunity to assess your progress, refine your healing plan, and address any questions or adjustments that may be needed along the way. Whether you're continuing a personalized wellness plan or exploring new aspects of your health, our follow-up sessions ensure you stay on track toward your goals with ongoing support and guidance. **What to Expect:** 1. **Review of Progress & Feedback:** During this session, we'll check in on how you've been feeling since your initial consultation. Together, we'll assess any improvements, challenges, or changes you've noticed in your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Your feedback is essential in ensuring that your healing plan continues to align with your needs. 2. **Refinement of Your Plan:** Based on your progress and any new information, we may adjust your herbal remedies, nutrition, lifestyle practices, or mindfulness techniques. This is an opportunity to fine-tune your wellness plan to help you achieve even better results. 3. **Addressing New Concerns:** Life evolves, and so can your health. If new concerns or questions have arisen since your first consultation, we will take the time to address them thoughtfully. Whether you're experiencing new symptoms or seeking deeper guidance, our practitioners are here to listen and provide support. 4. **Ongoing Education & Resources:** As part of your follow-up consultation, we’ll offer additional resources or knowledge to further empower you in your healing journey. This might include educational materials, lifestyle tips, or new wellness practices to integrate into your daily routine. 5. **Setting Future Goals:** We’ll work together to set actionable goals for your continued wellness. Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Scheduling Your Consultation: All consultations can be conveniently scheduled through our online booking system. The Holistic provider is normally booked weeks in advance, so we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time. Confirming Your Appointment: Once your appointment is booked, you will receive an email confirmation with your consultation details and required paperwork for your appointment. If you need to update any information, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Appointment Duration: Each consultation typically lasts 60 minutes. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full duration of your session. If you are running late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your session may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients. Cancellation Policy Cancellation or Rescheduling: We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This gives us the opportunity to offer the time slot to another client. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation time will incur a 25% cancellation fee. This fee helps us cover the time and resources reserved specifically for your session. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your consultation without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge the full consultation fee and revoke membership in the PHA. We ask that you respect the time and energy of both our practitioners and other clients. Waitlist Policy Join the Waitlist: If your desired consultation time is unavailable, you can join our waitlist by calling and discussing with a team member. When an opening becomes available, we will contact you to offer the slot. Waitlist Confirmation: Being on the waitlist does not guarantee an appointment. You will be contacted if a spot becomes available, and you will have 24 hours to confirm if you'd like to take the slot. If we do not hear from you within that time frame, the spot will be offered to the next person on the list. Priority for Waitlist Clients: Waitlist clients are given priority based on the time they joined the waitlist. We strive to accommodate everyone as quickly as possible, but availability depends on cancellations or rescheduling.
